Terms of Use

By using EasyWay Budget (the App), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

What changed in 4.0.0

  • The AI Advisor is now the Coach. AI tips stay optional, and the Coach sends only summaries: no name, email, memos or goal names.
  • We now use Google Analytics for Firebase to learn which Coach features help. It's anonymous, isn't linked to your account, and you can turn it off in the app.
  • We only use the state and country from your address, and you can turn that off too.

Description of Service

  • EasyWay Budget helps you track income and expenses, plan bills, save toward goals, and get ideas from the Coach.
  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

The Coach and AI Tips

  • The Coach and its AI tips are general suggestions based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
  • AI-written tips can be incomplete or wrong. Review every suggestion before you act on it. Any change the Coach offers is applied only after you confirm it.
  • AI tips are optional. What they use is described in our Privacy Policy and in the app under Coach → What the coach sees.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must be 13 or older to use the App.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
  • Don't misuse the App, for example by trying to reach other users' data or overload the service.

Account Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time in the App. This permanently removes your data and can't be undone.

Limitation of Liability

  • Your financial decisions are your own. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for financial losses or other damages that come from using the App or its suggestions.

Changes to These Terms

  • When we change these Terms, we update the version and the "What changed" summary above. For important changes, the App asks you to review and agree before you continue.
